tRaDiTiOnAl InStRuMeNt..

There are a lot of musical instrument in this world wheather tradisional or modern instrument. Once upon a time, musical instrument has been played to entertain people despite they were not have modern technology such TV, radio or else. Actually, the orang ulu from the central Borneo used the Sape traditionally and not to shock if you are hearing the smooth of music has been played for the first time at the worldwide music Expo (WOMEX09) at the Palals du Pharo in marseilles, France in 1997. The Sape was a fairly limited instrument with two strings and only three frets. But now considered a purely musical instrument, the Sape gained more strings and many more frets to add more melody to play with.
Another traditional stringed musical instrument is 'Sitar'. Sitar actually exactly same with Sape. 'Sitar' is a traditional instrument for Indians. They plays 'Sitar' during wedding ceremony special occassions and also for their spiritual ceremony. 'Sitar' is a like guitar but only have 3 strings and only can play certain melody. We need to hold the body straight with left hand and rolls the strings with right hand. What the important is sitar produce the beautiful and awesome melody!!!!!!!!
In fact, today the new gwneration are not appreciate the lagend well. They love to have Black Eyes Peas or Taylor Swift music style in their mp3 or hanphone. The one way to save the traditional instrument is introduce them to the world-view..
